We had a wonderful Easter weekend getaway! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette that came in handy. The staff were friendly and cute, and the location couldn't have been better - close to all the major shopping areas and attractions. We also enjoyed the well-stocked mini bar and the reasonable prices. a great value for money!
The hotel is definitely showing signs of wear and tear. The furniture could use some updating, and there were a few cracks in the walls.

The hotel was centrally located, close to the shopping area and fantastic shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

I was initially disappointed with the condition of my room at The Leonard. The walls had marks and the carpet had stains. the reception staff were helpful and attentive. They tried to make up for the sub-par experience by offering a complimentary bottle of champagne, a nice gesture. Despite the initial disappointment, I must admit that the hotel's location was fantastic for shopping.

The Leonard Hotel is in a great location, with friendly and cute staff. The decor is appealing, and the rooms have coffee making facilities and free water. The one-bedroom suite is spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and convenient amenities such as a kitchen and washing machine. The bar is a nice place to unwind, and the mini bar prices are reasonable. The restaurant offers a superb breakfast and the staff is friendly, polite, and well-trained.

The hotel is conveniently located near the vibrant center of the city, close to numerous restaurants and the area we were visiting. We were also pleased to find that it was just a short walk to Marble Arch underground station. The rooms were comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms, and the staff provided cheerful and helpful service. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and had a charming atmosphere.
The lobby furniture was uncomfortable and in need of an update.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location just off Oxford Street was perfect as I could easily get around by tube. The room amenities were impressive; I had everything from heating to a mini-bar and air conditioning. The staff, from the manager to the waiters, were all lovely and tried their best to help me, even giving me a free bottle of champagne. The leisure facilities were also great, with a TV room and fitness studio to keep me entertained.
I have no complaints! I recommend this venue to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
